Overall the experience was fine but there were a few issues that lowered my experience:
1) I was told I needed to be there in person for my first appointment. My vitals were taken but otherwise the entire meeting could have been remote. I drove 7 hours for that appointment just to have people ask me the same questions they could have asked me remotely. That was very disappointing.
2) google maps directs you to the wrong place, 0.5 miles away. Luckily I figured it out in time but it wasn’t easy
3) I tried to call the office for directions. No one answered (not surprising) but the mailbox was full so I couldn’t even leave a message.
4) your answering service does have directions to your office when you press #3 (hooray!) but it was all in Spanish. No English option was given with that prompt and unfortunately my Spanish is not good enough.
